A report is produced of all the presenting set of difficulties, their impact and the history of the difficulties including developmental history. This report includes recommendations for further assessment

Some individuals may have both Autism and ADHD.
We offer a combined assessment pathway which combines both of the assessments
Some aspects overlap so they are only completed once, which means a streamlined assessment without duplication and unnecessary burden of assessment for you and your child.
We offer ADHD prescribing and titration.
When ADHD medications are prescribed, they need to be adjusted to the right dose over a period of time, this is called titration.
Our titration is completed by our advanced nurse practitioner, Mr Sam Smith, who has extensive experience in prescribing ADHD medications, as well as our specialist doctor of child and adolescent psychiatry, Dr Khalid Ali.
Prescribing and titration take place across 5 appointments and include an additional QB check as a way to objectively evaluate the impact of the medication.
The appointments allow time for unhurried discussion of the impacts of the medication, adjustment of the dosage and general advice and support on the management of ADHD symptoms.
We offer support offered by our specialist nurses which is both direct for the individual but also for the family as a whole
Sessions are an hour long but can always be tailored in length and frequency to suit the needs of the individual and their family
Support includes therapeutic work, parenting support, recommendations and advice on making adjustments
All support is from our expert nurses who have extensive experience working with young children and their families
We are proud to offer this support as for many individuals and families, they can feel isolated and daunted by what comes next after receiving a life-changing diagnosis
Speech delay, limited speech and struggling to use speech effectively can be a central part of Autism and sometimes can be disrupted for young people with ADHD
